MEET NIKKI

Hello I’m Nikki, and a warm welcome to my website. I am an Independent Funeral & Memorial Celebrant.

MEET NIKKI

I live in Stoke on Trent and work in the Counties of Staffordshire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

I hope that my site answers all your questions, but if you need more information, or if you want to book my services, please feel free to contact me via phone or email.

Through this difficult time, I will support you and your family in a sensitive and professional manner, in order to give your loved one a farewell that truly honours them. Together, we will choose appropriate music, pictures, videos, personal touches, poetry and anything else you would like to be incorporated in your loved ones funeral… and of course a fitting eulogy, which truly reflects their life, with stories woven throughout the funeral.

I would be delighted to have a conversation with you and collaborate on planning a memorable send off for your loved one. Together, we can celebrate an occasion filled with Love, Laughter, Respect and Dignity.

ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME AND MY WORK AS A FUNERAL & MEMORIAL CELEBRANT

At my heart, I am very much a “people person” warm and friendly and a “great listener”.  Throughout my life if have worked with people, as a Youth & Community Worker, Adult Education Tutor and a number of Volunteer roles in local Charities & Voluntary Organisation.

I have a number of hobbies and interests, including photography, sailing and love all varieties of music, spending many years as a popular DJ in and around Birmingham & Manchester. I love animals and spend a lot of my time walking in nature and by the coast.

My great passion though is global travelling and this has taken me around the world, seeing how people live and the different beliefs and life celebrations they have. I am a member of SERVAS, a global peace organisation, which enables members around the world to go and live with other members, share their lives and creating wonderful memories of shared time together.

I have great friends who live in Europe, New Zealand, Australia & America and all my travelling experiences have, I can whole heartedly say, have been both profound, warming and some of the best experiences of my life. Ordinary people in my experience, are usually generous, kind hearted and will go to extraordinary lengths to help others out.

With this background, it has naturally led me to my vocation as a Professional Funeral & Memorial Celebrant. Helping families and friends create great and unique tributes to their loved one, in which for many is a difficult and emotional time.

I have worked with people from all backgrounds, ages and cultures and I would work with you to create a bespoke celebration of your loved ones life… indeed…it would be my honour.
